Service Service Terms

1. Eligibility to Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By accessing it, you state that you meet this age threshold and are legally able to accept these Terms. The Service cannot be used where applicable law prohibits it.

2. Account Registration

Full functionality requires an account with complete, correct, and current information. Protect your login details and remain responsible for activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us without delay at [email protected] if you think someone may have accessed your account without permission.

We may limit or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain deceptive information, or involve fraudulent or abusive conduct.

3. Service Scope and Limitations

Finantrix Forge provides AI-supported market research, trading signals, and optional automated order placement through linked brokerage accounts. The Service is offered for information and analysis only.

• Finantrix Forge does not hold, protect, or manage your funds. Your capital remains in your brokerage or exchange account.
• We connect to your broker using API credentials set for read-only access and, where available, order placement. Those credentials cannot authorise fund withdrawals.
• Past results from a strategy or signal are not a reliable indication of what may happen in the future.
• All trading carries risk, including the chance of losing the capital originally committed.

4. No Investment Advice

Nothing made available through the platform Finantrix Forge constitutes financial, investment, trading, or other professional advice. AI signals and analytics are informational tools only. Consider speaking with a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions. Finantrix Forge is not registered as an investment adviser, dealer, or financial planner.

5. Fees and Payment

Some functions are available only with a paid subscription. Prices appear on the pricing page and may be revised with 30 days’ notice. Displayed prices exclude applicable taxes, which you must pay. Plans are billed in advance monthly or annually. At our discretion, a new subscriber may qualify for a refund within 14 days after the initial charge.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or in breach of any applicable statute, rule, or requirement.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or try to access the platform’s source code.
• Use automated software to scrape, crawl, or gather data from the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially use any part of the Service without our advance written consent.
• Interrupt, weaken, harm, obstruct, or otherwise impair the Service, its infrastructure, or its performance.
• Engage in market manipulation, front-running, or other conduct that violates financial rules.

7. Intellectual Property

All material, software, algorithms, trademarks, and confidential technology provided through or contained in the Service remain the exclusive property of Finantrix Forge or its licensors. These Terms transfer no ownership or proprietary interest to you. Prior written consent is required to use our trademarks or logos.

8. Warranty Exclusions

THE SERVICE IS SUPPLIED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Finantrix Forge DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE AVAILABLE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERRORS, OR THAT IT WILL BE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limits on Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Finantrix Forge WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, TRADING LOSSES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WARNED THAT SUCH DAMAGE WAS POSSIBLE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Finantrix Forge DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Finantrix Forge and its directors, officers, employees and agents from claims, obligations, losses, damage and expenses, including reasonable legal costs, resulting from or relating to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.

11. Termination of Access

You can close your account in the account settings or by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate access immediately following a breach of these Terms. When access ends, your authorisation to use the Service ends as well, and account information may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Ontario law and the applicable laws of Canada, without applying conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will first be submitted to binding arbitration in Toronto under the relevant Canadian arbitration rules. Users in the European Union or United Kingdom may also bring claims in competent local courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Material revisions will be communicated at least 14 days in advance by email or platform notice. If you continue using the Service after the revised effective date, you accept the updated Terms.
